Our services

Support for every kind of independence

Everyone's version of "living well" looks different. These are the ways we help people get there — at home, in our homes, and out in the community.

In-Home Care

Help at home with the things that make independent living possible — personal care, meals, housekeeping, companionship, and more. A few hours a week or up to 24/7.

Residential Living

Community-based residential homes across the Fox Cities — including Appleton — with caring staff and support matched to each person.

Community Employment

Community Employment Services (CES) helps people with disabilities find real work in their community — and keep it.

Caregiver Training

State-approved classes through the Clarity Care Training Institute, including CNA certification — training caregivers since 1988.

Day Services & Respite

Day programs, youth services (CLTS), and respite care that gives families a break while their person is in good hands.

Family & Friends Program

Family members and friends can become paid caregivers for someone they already love — with Clarity Care handling training and support.

Funding is usually easier than people expect

We regularly work with IRIS, Managed Care Organizations, private pay, and other funding sources — and we'll help you sort out which path fits your situation before care starts.

Getting started

How care starts in four steps

  1. 1

    Reach out

Call, text, or send the form below. Tell us who needs care and what a good week looks like for them — that's all we need to start.

  2. 2

    We talk it through

A real conversation about needs, routines, and goals — what help is wanted, what's not, and how independent your person wants to stay.

  3. 3

    Funding gets sorted

We work with IRIS, Managed Care Organizations, private pay, and more. We help you figure out which path fits before anything is signed.

  4. 4

    Care begins

A care plan built around the person, caregivers matched to them, and support that can grow — from a few hours to 24/7.

Choosing care

Choosing care for someone you love

It's one of the harder decisions a family makes. A few honest things we've learned helping families through it since 1972:

Start with the person

Before services and schedules, picture a good week: where they live, what they do, who they see. The right care is whatever protects that.

You can start small

Care doesn't have to mean a big change. A few hours of help at home, day services, or respite for a family caregiver are all real starting points.

Know the funding paths

Most care here runs through IRIS, Managed Care Organizations, or private pay — not out-of-pocket sticker shock. Ask before you assume it's out of reach.

Family can be the caregiver

Through the Family & Friends program, people already close to your loved one can become their paid caregiver — with training and support behind them.

Ask who shows up

Care is only as good as the backup plan. With 550+ trained team members, coverage when someone's sick or a schedule shifts is part of the design.

Visit before you decide

For residential living, see the homes and meet the staff. Openings change often — ask what's available in the Fox Cities right now.
